My first time with this company…

My first time with this company ordering. Ordered a watch on 7/4/21, had a confirmation email on 8/4/21 that it had been processed and shipped. The shipping company UPS has not received the item and Fossil does not seem to be sorting the issue out despite calling multiple times trying to find out where the watch is. I FINALLY found the Fossil help which is#seven60??²⁸⁴ ??THREE ONE31 i got my dollar back from Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil Fossil It's embarrassing it's embarrassing My first time with this company ordering.

I've purchased a money clip a few years…

I've purchased a money clip a few years back for my husband and it has been working great for him.Leather aged well and he wouldn't switch it for any other but a newer model.

Happy with all recent online purchases and customer service

I have now ordered from Fossil 4 times over the last year and have had no issues with any of the items purchased. Orders are always processed quickly and sent via UPS. The only issue I had with my most recent orders was that it showed on the UPS tracker as ‘label created’ for almost one week. I called Fossil yesterday just for confirmation that my orders had infact been shipped as they are Mother’s Day gifts. The customer service advisor was helpful and confirmed both orders had been fully processed and that there was perhaps a delay in the UPS tracker updating. 24 hours later and both orders are now here. I have been a fan of Fossil for many years now but have only started shopping with Fossil online over the last year due to the pandemic. Their products remain as high quality as ever.

Fast shipping and easy return process

Fast shipping and easy return process. Not sure why fossil gets such a bad rap on here but I personally have only had positive experiences with ordering online and customer service.

Sad that the customer service is so…

Sad that the customer service is so bad. The product are of good quality but the customer service is horrible. I called TWICE and each time waited for over 30 min to ask for a returns label. Their online system simply does not work. Both times I was promised that a returns label would be sent, but never did. So much time spent on this. IT could be so much better and easier to deal with. A shame.

Nice earrings

Ordered a pair of earrings end of December in their sale, was a little nervous they may not come after reading so many bad reviews on here, but they arrived sooner than I expected, in time to give as a birthday present, very happy. Came in a nice little box too.

Beautiful

I've got a fossil watch skeleton type or open heart, whatever, I don't regret to have purchased that watch, is incredibly beautiful, I have over 4 months using it, and it has been very resistant, it still brilliant as the first time I purchase it.
It's very elegant indeed.

Gen 5 Smartwatch The Carlyle HR Black Silicone

I received a Fossil Gen 5 HR for Christmas from my wife. Apart from some teething problems getting 'Fit' to sync, I've been very happy with the watch. Battery is what I expected, 1 day with the features I want. It's easy to use and has a quick interface.

I have been buying fossil handbags for years and I love them, the quality is fantastic, ni bad review here. Just recently on 1/10/21 received a fossil bag I purchased and once again extremely happy ? ty fossil

I had read so many bad reviews of…

I had read so many bad reviews of Fossil customer service and delivery that I was regretting to miss these reviews before my order . I was bit concerned and never sure what would happen to my order . But my experience with Fossil was amazing . I had ordered a wrist watch and delivered it to my friend - the company kept me updated from the very first minute and provided me with the tracking number so I could see the progress for myself aswell . It reached intime , but unfortuantely my friend missed it but they again updated about it and she easily collected it from the courier office near her location within the given time slot of collection . So overall am very happy with their customer service . Second step is product quality which I will make sure to comment after the use .
